Getting into the habit of eating healthy is hard enough given we are constantly surrounded by mouth-watering, good-looking (for your Instagram pictures) delicacies. Staying healthy and fit is even harder. Until, you get into sync with your body and form healthy habits, it can be challenging.
Like me, you might also be juggling so much every single day of your life, and often in that chaos, you find no time to give your body the attention it deserves. Now, I’m not throwing big ideas at you here. The first key to feeling good about your body is to treat it well.
We all feel a little shitty, sometimes. So, what did I do different? I started accepting my body and all it's flaws. I realized that stretch marks are not ugly, they are simply the part of my body that has expanded and reduced over time. That's okay! You don't have to look like the person in the cover of a magazine. The person in the cover of a magazine even doesn't look the person on the cover of the magazine.
You don't have to starve to attain a fit body. There are no secrets to weight loss. I challenged myself to be fit. You can do. Together, we will!
